600kg/h continous frying machine shipment
On December 15, 2025, an inquiry landed in the inbox.
It came from Armenia—a country nestled at the foot of the Caucasus Mountains, boasting a rich culinary culture. The client ran a local specialty food factory. Their flagship product? A thick-cut eggplant slice, an indispensable traditional snack on local dinner tables.
However, as market demand grew, the limitations of traditional batch frying became increasingly evident:
Low Output: Manual operations were inefficient, maxing out at a few hundred kilograms per day.
Inconsistent Quality: Different thicknesses of eggplant slices (from thin crispy chips to thicker, meatier pieces) required precise temperature and time controls that were nearly impossible to standardize with manual frying.
High Costs: Labor, energy consumption, and waste oil disposal were all squeezing profit margins.
The client’s requirement was clear: one continuous fryer with a 600kg/hr capacity, capable of handling varying eggplant slice thicknesses.
Continuous Fryer Machine Video
1,Building a First Impression with “Visuals
We didn’t just fire off a quotation. Our first move was simple: let the client “see” the machine in action. We sent high-definition photos, operational videos, and an animated layout of a complete frying production line. We specifically filmed a side-by-side comparison of different thicknesses of eggplant slices being fried simultaneously on the same machine. This visually demonstrated the key point: thin slices came out golden and crispy, while thick slices were tender inside with a perfect exterior crunch. We also included case studies of customized frying lines we had built for other clients, especially those processing fruits and vegetables.
2,Using “Proven Strength” to Eliminate the Final Doubts
The client was interested, but not yet fully convinced. He needed confirmation: Was this Chinese supplier just selling equipment, or did they truly understand the process? We took two key actions:
a,Sent Factory and Overseas Client Site Footage We weren’t a “shell company.” From the machining and assembly workshops to the quality control process and packaging for shipment, the client saw our entire, real production chain. Crucially, we also sent videos of our equipment running at other overseas client sites, particularly in the Middle East and Eastern Europe. This showed him our machines performed reliably under similar climates and with similar ingredients.
b.,Provided an “Understandable” Quotation This wasn’t just a cold Excel sheet. In the quotation, we: Specified the adjustable parameter ranges for handling different thicknesses of eggplant slices. Included estimates for energy consumption (gas/electricity), comparisons of labor savings, and simulated return on investment (ROI) periods. Even listed “Common Issues and Solutions,” demonstrating proactive transparency about potential problems and our support.
