Libya Potato Growing Customer Visits Our Factory and Approves Our Frozen French Fries Equipment and Potato Grading Solutions

As an important potato growing area in Africa, Libya has a climate suitable for potato growth. The customer has been deeply engaged in the potato planting field for many years and has accumulated rich planting experience. With the increasing local market demand for frozen French fries, the customer is eager to introduce a set of efficient and high-quality frozen French fries processing equipment to convert their own fresh potatoes into high-value-added frozen French fries products, expand profit channels and enhance market competitiveness. During the factory visit, the customer directly focused on the core needs and conducted in-depth discussions with our technical team on the complete process plan for processing potatoes into frozen French fries. From the receiving, cleaning and peeling of fresh potatoes, to precise cutting, blanching, drying and frying, and then to low-temperature quick freezing and finished product packaging, the technical colleagues detailed the core points of each process in combination with the customer’s planting scale, expected output and local production needs in Libya. They focused on explaining the intelligent operation process, production capacity optimization skills and energy consumption control advantages of the equipment, allowing the customer to clearly understand the operation logic and core value of the entire production line.

To allow the customer to intuitively feel the equipment quality, accompanied by technical colleagues, the customer went deep into the production workshop to conduct in-depth research and detailed inspection on the welding process of the frozen French fries equipment.
