Description :

Full automatic continuous seasoning machine is a round-drum type spice mixer machine or spice blending machine, which is used for spice mixing or blending in food processing industry. And the rolling drum diameter of this full automatic continuous seasoning machine could be customized for different processing capacities or according to customer's request.

Key Components .Drum: Material: Stainless steel (food-grade 304/316), corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Design: Tilted or horizontal, with internal spiral baffles or flights for better mixing. Drive System: Motor + gear reducer, adjustable speed (typically 5-30 RPM). Seasoning System: Spraying Nozzles: For liquid seasonings (e.g., oil, sauces), ensuring even distribution. Powder Dispenser: For dry seasonings (e.g., chili powder, cheese powder), using vibration or screw feeding. Heating/Drying Module (Optional): Hot air circulation system to dry and enhance seasoning adhesion. Conveyor System: Inlet: Continuous feeding via vibratory feeder or conveyor belt. Outlet: Seasoned products are discharged automatically, ready for packaging.
